Scratch and Dent Units
Our ecommerce website offers select products as “Scratch and Dent” units. These items are sold at a discounted price due to mild cosmetic damage that may include scratches, dents, or other minor imperfections. Despite these cosmetic issues, all Scratch and Dent units are fully functional and have been thoroughly inspected to meet our performance standards.
Important Information:
- Cosmetic Damage Only: All Scratch and Dent units are guaranteed to be fully operational. Cosmetic issues do not impact the performance or functionality of the unit.
- Condition Disclosure: The Nature of the cosmetic damage varies by unit. Representative photos may be provided when applicable, but minor imperfections may not be individually documented.
- Final Sale: Unless otherwise specified, all Scratch and Dent sales are final. Returns, exchanges or Warranty Claims are not accepted for cosmetic damage disclosed at the time of purchase.
